If your stik was bought anywhere else in this great country except for Bubbastik.com you will need to complete the Factory Form.

We take GREAT efforts to prevent any damage to our stiks during the manufacturing, assembly and shipping... but you know what they say, "STUFF HAPPENS"!
Please review our return policy, the fill out the BubbaStik.com Form if your stik is damaged.
This is our return policy:
- You must contact BubbaStik.com via eMail as quickly as possile to obtain a return shipping address which acts as your authorization.
- You must return your damaged stik within 15 days of the ship date. The date can be found on the USPS slip attached to the shipping tube.
- The returned stik must be in original packaging.
- The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs to BubbaStik.com. We recommend USPS Priority Mail for the best rates and fastest service.
- BubbaStik.com will be responsible for the shipping costs back to the Customer after the replacement or repair.
- The damaged BubbaStik will be repaired or replaced at the sole discretion of BubbaStik.com
- Under NO circumstances will a BubbaStik be repaired or replaced WITHOUT an inspection of the damage FIRST by BubbaStik.com.
- NO cross-ships.
