How do I know what length to have my Stik cut to? What is the RIGHT size?
A:
Here's how you measure...
- Stand as you normally would stand with your arms at your sides.
- Measure from the floor to your wrist of the hand you will use your stik with.
- That's the proper length you will want.

Do you accept Credit Cards?
A:
YES! All of our orders are processed via Paypal®. You do NOT have to have a Paypal® account to pay for your order. You can choose to use your credit card when prompted.
We also have a virtual terminal which allows us to process a payment on our computer using your credit card. In this case we must contact you for all pertinent information.
However, our preference is for the customer use their card and make the payment themselves when checking out. We prefer not to have a customers personal information.

Q:
What's the difference in the Large and Small Tops?
A:
The Large and Small, Brass and Chrome hame tops are ALL made of solid brass.
The Large Brass tops are usually attached using one square drive screw... but sometimes two additional twist nails.
The Large Chrome, and both Small tops, are attached using one square drive screw and two twist nails.
The Large top has a 6-1/2" circumference and the Small top 5-1/2".
The Large tops fit the stiks better and are the most popular by 95%.

Are these stiks REALLY crafted and built in America?
A:
ABSOLUTELY! All components that make up BubbaStiks, BubbaStafs and the Diamondback come from the Bubba Stik, Inc. factory located in northern Texas and owned by Scott Hazel and family.
BubbaSam of BubbaStik.com, currently located in north central Massachusetts and partnered with Bubba Stik, Inc., hand builds every BubbaStik, BubbaStaf and Stepin'Stik sold on the site by himself and his sometimes crew :).

What if I want something REALLY special?
A:
We have build some very special stiks and stafs upon special request.

Who is BubbaSam REALLY?
A:
BubbaSam has owned and operated BubbaStik.com since 2003, building and shipping custom stiks and stafs for 9 years and 3 months..
His 'Day Job' is working as the Director of I.T. and Communications for a large energy & lubricants company.
In addition to his I.T. duties, he designs all marketing materials for companies in 4 states.
When he is not doing all of that... he maintains 40+ company website's tweaks, manages 100+ domain names and has a web development consulting business.

Will you ship out of the Continental U.S.?
A:
Yes, we can and have shipped out of the continental U.S.
As a matter of fact we have shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, Australia, Canada, U.K., Denmark, Malysia, Korea and Puerto Rico (at this point).
However, there are additional shipping charges. Contact BubbaSam for the additional shipping costs.

Q:
How long does it take to get my Stik?
A:
BubbaStik.com ships ALL orders placed for the prior week each Saturday via USPS using their Priority Mail service for stiks/staf orders which includes Web Notification of shipment.
USPS states you would receive Priority Mail orders within 2-3 days work days within the Continental U.S. from the date of shipment which we have found to be true.
Small packages (such as replacement parts and accessories) ships via USPS First Class... so those will take just a tad longer.
REMEMBER: BubbaStik.com's selling prices ALWAYS (with the exeption of items offered in our SPECIALS section) includes ALL packaging, shipping and handling costs within the Continental 48 States... NEVER any hidden fees or charges.

Which Stiks are BubbaSam's favorite?
A:
I must say that's a tough one as they're ALL very nice.
However, I believe I have two favorites.
First of all I like the Mahogany in both the BubbaStik and Stepin'Stik lines, both with the large chrome hame tops, the War Eagle medallion and a 1/2" leather wrist strap with matching hardware.
By the way, the Mahogany stik is the most favored color ordered.

Q:
I have seen BubbaStiks for less at different places. Why?
A:
The factory typically only ships bulk distribution, meaning a minimum of 12-24 stiks, with no customization of any type offered.
The factory builds Stik & Staf components to BubbaStik.com's specifications and ships completely in parts.
BubbaStik.com will then individually custom build to YOUR specifications and finally packages your Stik or Staf using the highest packaging materials to prevent any possible damage during shipment to your requested destination.
REMEMBER... BubbaStik.com's stik price ALWAYS includes all packaging, handling and shipping costs (lower 48 states only).
There are NEVER any HIDDEN CHARGES... EVER!

Q:
Which bottom tip is the best for me?
A:
It all depends on what you bought your Stik/Staf for.
If you use your stik 90% inside, then just go with the standard heavy duty rubber tip.
Keep in mind standard duty tips have GREAT traction but is a soft rubber WITHOUT steel reinforcement... so they can wear a bit faster.
The HD flat bottom and round bottom tips (both known as Neva-Slip) has steel reinforced inserts, are made of a harder compound rubber and have excellent traction.... thus wears a bit longer.
If you use your Stik/Staf for outside or spend a lot of time outside during the winter... then you may want to consider the ferrule tips. These come in both steel and alloy, plated in different metals to match your top.
If you have a steel ferrule on the bottom of your Stik and use your it 30% (+/-) outside, then go with the standard ferrule rubber tip with steel reinforcement.
This tip is mostly for floor protection and VERY LIGHT weight bearing.
However, if you have a ferrule and put heavier weight on your Stik, then you would be best to purchase the heavy duty ferrule rubber tip with the steel reinforcement.
