| I've had to use a cane for almost 15 years. Being 6'3" and on the "larger" side, I've had to rely on standard canes for much of that time. I found my BUBBA STICK at a nearby Loves travel store and had to get one. It's a great improvement in anything else that I've used. The handle is much more comfortable than any other that I've used, and doesn't aggravate my arthritis or my corporal tunnel. After trimming it down a bit, it fits me just like a glove and is now my constant companion. If I could I'd have to rate it as "5 Star, PLUS". Thanks for such a great product. |

| Bubba Sam made it possible for me to help a good friend in need and the Stik is Fasntastic! I was amazed at it's beauty and how tough it's made! The Friend I got it for loves it! Bubba Sam, you're one great guy and you make a Fantastic product! From the BEll Brass top to the Black Walnut shaft it's 100% quality! I'd recommend one of these to anyone! I hope to own one for myself one day and I can't even walk! But I'd be happy to have an accessory that looked that good and would serve well in many capacities! If you want something to help you keep your balance or to accompany you on the mean streets get yourself a Bubba-Stik, not only will it keep you upright it would put down a bad guy real quick! | I had priced walking canes, but had not found one that "felt" right to use. Then last year, quite by accident, I saw the Bubba Stik in a Love Travel Stop and bought it. Being a bit longer and heavier makes it feel better to me; not to mention looking better. I like mine so much that I've since bought 3 more as gifts for a friend and relatives. |

| Found mine after running around all day chasing a Fedex guy. Was waiting at the Love's Truck Stop in Anna, and saw these on a rack. I had to have one. I am a tall man, hard to find a cane that I can use without bending over. Having a bad back, it just makes it worse. The stik is tall enough plus a little. Handle is easy to grasp, very sturdy. I plan on ordering a Bubba Staf for use when I am walking the woods or fishing. Plus, you can knock a bent in someones head who messes with you. Love the stik. |

| I recently ran a circular saw through my left leg while on the job two stories up on a extention ladder. I live in a second floor apartment and dont have a full range of motion back in my leg yet so naturally I kinda need help getting up and down the stairs. I'm only 32 and never needed a walking aid so had no clue what to look for. I did some research on the net found yall and being born in Houston and living in Lake Livingston, till i moved to dirty Jersey when I was 21, I naturally chose BubbaStik. Im extreamly happy I did; quality excellent, price is right, and oooh so comfortable. Thank yal so very much, although I hope I wont need it for long. I will keep it for life. |

| Yes, even semi-retired writer type people from California who lived in Texas use a Bubba Stix. I put it on my Christmas list and guess what Santa brought me. A beautiful Oak colored one which I have enjoyed using for the last few weeks. The 39" height is much better than the standard 35 or 36 inch length for me. I am 6 foot tall and wanted a walking "stik" to help steady me when I am poking around the sea shore or getting into odd locations to take pictures. In addition, my doctor wants me to walk more this year so I figured a good walking stick would help and provide some degree of protection as well. Like no other one I have, this cane fits my needs of a solid handle, perfect heigth, excellent quality, and good looks. It is, as well, nice to know that by the end of a hard day going in and out of antique stores, or when we are finally at the last winery on the tour, my Bubba Stik is there to help me though the crowd...ah... one way or another. |

| I bought my first Bubba Stik in 2004, I have 4 stiks. Three are all beat up and look need refinishing. I am ordering a new formal black stik. I walk with a cane due to an auto accident. The hame tip is the most comfortable cane handle I have ever used. |

| Thanks for a great product, I have been walking with a cane since 1997. I was introduced to the bubba stick by a friend. The bubba stick is one of the most comfortable canes I have ever used. It fits the hand perfect and it does not wear on your wrist like other canes.I want to thank you for your cane. I will not be without one and also I love telling people how to get one. | I recently wrote an email to this website regarding my "stik". I had a little hairline crack develop in the brass handle. My email was forwarded to the factory. I then received a response from Steve who is the president of the company. After dealing with him for a couple days, he ended up shipping me a new "Bubba Stik" free of charge! The service I had received was top notch! Steve also through in a free t-shirt! I would recommend a Bubba Stik to anyone in question!!! | I have used a Bubba Stik for about five years now and have no complaints at all. Matter of fact I own six of them all together. You just can't beat the quality and prices. If you need to walk with the assistance of a canes why would use a cheap, mass produced aluminum cane from China?? Caught a video of Bubba Stik the other night on TV while watching the world famous duck walk at the Peabody hotel in TN. You should youtube it! | I have had a problem with my hip for years; and occasionally have to rely on a cane. It became a real problem when my carpal tunnel went over the top. Every cane handle I had aggravated the problem and I was beginning to really dread any thing that involved extended standing or walking. I found my BubbaStik in Tombstone and the vendor cut it to fit. Perfect from the first use! Not only is it very comfortable from the outset, I found that I can vary how I hold it, still put some real weight on it and my hand is no worse for the wear. Sometimes it seems to massage the right parts of my hand and actually makes it feel better. Even after surgery on the hand I was able to use it just a few days after the stitches came out. I am sorry for those who have had theirs lifted; though I don't thing that will happen to me. Once it is in my hand, I rarely let go of it. When I do it is in sight or stowed in my belt. Perhaps I will invent the BubbaStik belt ring, clip, scabbard or whatever works. For me, BubbaStik has been liberating. I wouldn't leave home without it. Thanks! |

| Hello BubbaSam, I am not surprised that you remember my last order. I sent it back to you to have the medallions placed differently. Yes, the Stik did go to SE Asia. What I did not tell you is that it went to a young man (47) whos name I can't mention. He had been ill with heart trouble and diabetes for several years. He was one of the wealthiest people in the world. His net worth was about $1T (yes, trillion). The BubbaStik was his constant companion and just loved it. He even used it to get in and out of bed. The BubbaStik went with him on his last trip to China this past June. Sadly he was murdered overseas and died in July. His aunt has just returned to New Mexico brought the BubbaStik back for me. You never know where your BubbaStiks will end up, do you? Wow! You are correct. You just never know where one of these fine canes will end up. Thank you for the nice comments. | The stik is beautiful. I absolutely love it. Very high quality for the price. Nine years ago I shattered my ankle in a car crash and have had multiple surgeries. This stik will help me in a big way. Sad that at 35 I'm forced to use a cane. But this cane will add lots of style and function to my life. Searched the internet, and this is the one I could hardly wait to get. Got it today, and love it. Ordered the jacobean with chrome top. Very sharp. Thank you BubbaSam. Highly recommend. |

| A month ago, my husband (age 41) suffered a heart attack AND a cerebellar stroke on the same day. He has definite left side deficits and was told he would most likely require a walker for the rest of his life. My father-in-law bought him a Bubba Stik shortly after he returned home from the hospital. My husband is now walking (no walker!) using the Bubba Stik for balance. The doctors are amazed at his recovery! It gives him the stability he needs to feel safe while standing or navigating from point A to B. Thank you for your very well made product! | Having had polio as a child, then getting drafted in 1967, and after jumping out of helicopters and airplanes, I've not had healthy legs under me since. I've had just about every kind of cane/walking stick known to mankind, and have always been looking for something better. Well, while visiting my Mom in San Antonio, my girlfriend/best friend/wife and I decided to visit Luckenbach for some good music, cold beer and the always entertaining writing on the men's room walls. I found a little basket in the old store containing Bubba Stiks, and grabbed one to check it out. It hasn't been out of my hands since! Fits my hand perfectly, is strong, functional and beautiful, not to mention a great conversation piece. I've had many compliments/comments on my Stik and it draws attention wherever we go. It serves its purposes well, providing stability for my feeble legs and protection from the thugs/punks and vermin that walk our streets. No one has yet to offer to test it against their sky piece (head), and it always remains at the ready to be tested. Whenever I find something like this that I like this much, I usually buy two of them so I'll always have a spare, but in this case I decided it wouldn't be necessary. Since there are no moving parts, and I'll wear out long before the Stik, I'll just keep stocked on tips and will carry it until I take the final dirt bath and meet my maker. Perhaps I can carry it with me into the after life and possibly work out a deal with Moses for his staff, just as long as he comes up with enough boot to make the transaction! Sooner or later we're all gonna need some assistance to help us walk. Why not go ahead and get the ultimate, the best, THE BUBBA STIK! You'll be awful glad (and proud!) you did! |

| I saw this stik as I was going out of a store after buying gas and knew I had to have one. It's NOT that I haven't a walking stick ( I have over fifty) The handle fits nicely in my palm. | I received my new Bubbastik this morning and it is amazing. I have used a Bubbastik for about two years and though my original Bubbastik is still great I just wanted something different. I ordered a chrome handled, mahogany Bubbastik with the silver War Eagle. I would suggest to anyone ordering a Bubbastik to check out the Bubba Sessories as they add quite a flair to an already beautiful product, and don't forget to include your intials on the handle. The Bubbastik is a great product by itself, however another aspect that has sold me on Bubbastik is the great customer service that I have received from Steve Winters, and BubbaSam. No matter how great the product you have to have the people who stand behind their product. |

| About two years ago I had a stoke that left me with some left-sided deficits. I didn't want a cane, but came across one at a yard sale. It served me fairly well, I thought-until arthritis caused my hands to ache and cramp. My uncle gave me a Bubba Stik, but I already had a cane so I gave it away. Hindsight said that probably was a mistake. As soon as I could get to a computer, I found the website and knew that it was. My partner ordered me one, custom cut with my initials on it.It came in the mail a couple of days ago and I love it so much, I'm already wishing for another one. The ball at the top relieves the cramping in my hand - the height of the cane allows me to stand erect, secure in the strength of the wood. I don't know why Dr.'s didn't recommend the Bubba Stik for me, but everyone should know about it. Did I neglect to say it's elegant and a conversation piece as well? I've never felt strongly enough about a product to write to the manufacturers, but I don't have the words to express my satisfaction. Thank you |

| I just received my first Bubba Stick this morning. The cane I was using prior to this was cut to a length that forced me into poor body alignment. The custom cut on my Bubba Stick and the handle is so much more comfortable that I wish rehab had recommended it to me. Have you tried a pitch to doctors and therapists? The elegance of the cane makes it look more stylish than supportive, which is good for ego. You know some people don't like the idea of "leaning" on anything. The cut makes a natural stance and good posture almost obligatory. People who are going to rely on a cane need to know the benefits before they spend two years being held up by something doing damage to shoulders, elbows, and wrists. I had forgotten how good it feels to stand erect. It feels like I grew a third leg for stability. Thank you, too many times to say. You must get the word out. I think I'm going to start a "friends of Bubba Stick" fan site on MySpace. Please let me know if that is something you would approve of. If not, start your own. People need to know. |

| I have had my Bubba Stik for some time now. I was concerned with comfort and support when I ordered mine. I can tell you that this is the best cane I've ever tried. It is very comfortable in the hand and supports my 280 lbs. with complete control and confidence. I'll be ordering a Bubba Staff very soon. |

| I bought My Bubba Stix at a convience store/service station. At the time I bought it,I absolutely had no use for it - just thought it looked "cool" About three-four years later, I developed foot/ankle problems, and was so glad that I had it. Last week. I left it 'leaned' up against the gas pump while filling up My car with fuel. I didn't think about it until about thirty minutes later, and rushed back, but some "Rat-Bastard" had taken it. I was 'devestated', and My Wife suggested that I look on the internet to try to locate one - And sure enough, I found Your web-site!! I have two BubbaStiks that I have picked up at Love's Travel Stops and really like them because of their strength and usability. I recently received my "TEXAS DIAMONDBACK" BubbaStik I ordered from your web site. As you have on your web site, I also recommend that if yer gonna be 'steppin out' and ya wanna show yer classiness and grab a bit of attention... then get your own "Diamondback" BubbaStik... right NOW! When using it I fell like I'm a man walking with a jaunty step, with the cheerful, lively, and self-confident air of a man with a bit of 'debonair' about him. | Over the years I have dealt with a club foot that was altered surgically. And now in my 40's I have arthritis now where the majority of the surgery was performed. Some days it can be a real bear to walk, and I was looking for something both functional as well as unique. I found the Bubba Stik site, and all other ideas quickly left my mind, as it totally blows all the others away. This will be the 3rd Bubba Stik I have bought from ya'll and for the first time this one is for myself. Being a disabled veteran and then breaking a whole bunch of bones from racing Superbikes I have learned to appreciate a good walking stik with time, unfortunately I have gotten to the point where I have to rely on one. The brass ball doesn't hurt my hand from putting alot of weight on it like other canes do so I am ordering this one for myself, especially since my other cane split this morning.
If I could just ask one favor of your company it would be to ask if you could add an ability to overnight ship your canes or order over the phone so you can get it shipped really quick. Basically when you need a cane, you dont need to wait for it for a couple of days to come in, you need it now. I am going out of town this weekend and since it's Wednesday morning I know I probably wont receive it till I get back. If there is anyway somebody could overnight my order I would gladly pay extra. I could really use it this weekend. |

My name is Patrick and I am 42. I have both knees tore up and just got my BubbaStik in the mail today. I have to say it's great! The cut length is perfect and it's very snappy looking as well. Let's see how long I keep this one before it disappears. The last one I had was gone out of my cart when I stepped into a changing room to try on some jeans. I guess it just shows how much people love your BubbaStiks.

| My brother suffers with a degenerative spinal disease. He can barely walk and has to have support. His ego will not let him use a tripod cane so while traveling I cam across the original Bubba Stick. He loves it, he uses it constantly. He is a big man and it is strong enough and long enough that it really helps him get around indepentendly. As much as he loves the knob however if there were something of a crook in the handle it might help people with disabilities such as his better maintain their balance and avoid so many dangerous and painful falls. Thank you for a great product that his ego allows him to use proudly. |

| I was raised on a ranch in eastern Colorado. My Dad, who passed away last spring at 93, always put a brass hame on the end of his working shovel. I started looking for a hame to put on a cane, and found Steve had taken care of everything! He helped me find a local distributor, responded to all my e-mail questions. | My problem is a left knee that collapses without warning and at the worst times. I can be walking along and suddenly it gives way and dumps me on the ground. But since I have started using my Bubba Stik I have caught myself from falling several times. I'm not ready for a walker or a wheelchair, which are too bulky for the benefit they bring. | This is the best walking support I've ever come across. It's sturdy yet stylish. I might get one for my brother, if he's nice to me this year. BubbaSam emailed me on Dec 27th that my stick had shipped on Dec 26th and that the USPO would send me tracking info and such. The stick arrived on Dec 30th (woohoo!)and then on Jan 1st (today) I get an email from the USPO telling me that the stick had shipped on the 26th!! Just for giggles I clicked on the tracking link and it said that it had been delivered on the 30th. So two days after I received the BubbaStik the Post Office decides to email me and let me know that it was sent! It's amazing that our government even functions at times! Thank you for a wonderful product. |

I'm recovering from getting hit by a car on my motorcycle, and the only problem I have is making my brain trust my leg with any weight on it. Nearly all canes cause a person to stoop over when using them which is simply ridiculous......but the BubbaStik is ingenius and so practical !!! 1) I can put my BubbaStik in front of me when getting up from a low chair, put all of my weight on it, and get up with ease. 2) When I hurt my knee 3 years ago I used my BubbaStik to help me lift and/or position my leg effortlessly as well as walk upright. 3) I use my BubbaStik for extra support when I climb up or down stairs. 4) I use my BubbaStik for extra support when I get in or out of the car. 5) My BubbaStik was a lifesaver on a recent Amtrak trip as getting into or out of the railway car required a "giant step" up and down. 6) because most of my weight is in my stomach, being able to walk upright with my BubbaStik when my back is hurting is a huge blessing ! 7) I also use my BubbaStik for stability when getting into or out of the shower by holding onto the tub's safety bar and leaning on my BubbaStik which is on dry the bathroom floor. 8) and, of course, my BubbaStik is my ever ready LEGAL "body guard"
Whenever I found a BubbaStik for sale I always bought one and gave it as a gift because so many people just don't realize the difference it makes in the quality of life of anyone who needs a body support of any kind.
Now that I just found your website I can buy one anytime I want to and I will buy often !!!
The greatest testimony to the quality and usefulness of the BubbaStik is that in 6 years I have NEVER found even one for sale on eBay and this is the ONLY item I have ever searched eBay to buy that I could not find !!!

| I purchased my Bubba Stik about 18 months ago while visiting friends in North Texas. I've walked with a serious limp since a child, but used no appliance for getting around until hitting 50. I'd used several other canes, but they were always flimsy and in a fracas wouldn't stop a Chihuahua.

As you can see, my "Ol' Faithful" cane was recently injured in a tragic tractor roll- over accident and had to endure several "reconstructive surgical procedures and duct tape grafts". After all that, it became obvious that retirement was inevitable. Thanks for the great gear and the OUTSTANDING service.

| I was in a Cavender's western wear to buy a belt and saw the Bubba Stik. Well, after enjoying the way it looked and felt i just had to buy it. I have loved the way this Stik feels and the beautiful look of it. It is a strong yet good looking cane. I have three herniated disc in my back that are protuding into my spine. It is hard to find a good looking cane for someone of my height and weight. I am 6'1" and 360lbs. Most of what i found looked like medical equipment, but with the Bubba Stik I have found a cane that looks good and gives me the support I need. I have been amazed at how many people come up to me and say either "That is a beautiful cane." or "Isn't that a Bubba Stik?". To which I proudly say "Thank You, yes it is."
I did have one small problem with my Stik and when I contacted Steve Winters he resolved the problem without batting an eye. He was gracious and even funny. A true gentleman who is was a pleasure communicating with. It's too bad the rating system on this only goes to 5 I would gladly give both the Bubba Stik and Steve Winters a 10 for quality and great customer service. |

As I didn't see one, I sent a suggestion to the factory. I received an email from Steve letting me know he was looking into getting such a medallion. A month or so went by with me expecting to get an email with him stating "I have a medallion now, go ahead and place your order". Instead I received a package at my door. | A few years ago I learned an important lesson: never let yourself get caught on the business end of a speeding chevrolet being driven by an angry woman. These days I find I need a good walking stick. I have had a few different sticks, picked up here and there. One or two are alright but most just don't hold up. | I'm a disabled Veteran and must use a cane daily. Recently my wife presented me with my first BubbaStik. It was with great reservation that I trimmed off the bottom part to make it fit for my daily cane. I find it well balanced and welcome addition to my wardrobe. It is with pride I travel with "Bubba" everywhere I go. The large amount of brass naturally draws comments and respect. This is the "Harley Davidson" of canes. |

| I am originally from Amarillo Texas. I saw a new family member by marriage (Daughter in-law) with one of these Bubba Stiks. I was very impressed with it. They said they would get me one. Well on my 25th Anniversary I saw them again and again they said he would get me one. Well I got it 4 days ago and I consider it the best Anniversary present I have ever received to date. I always thought the term Bubba was used as a racial slur which is why I was originally reluctant to get your Stik. But on reading your description showing it just means 'Very Neighborly'. When in Amarillo I use to make horse cinches by piece work as a teen. I had the shop record in the Watson Brothers Company. 8 and 1/2 minutes was the shop record I made one in. I averaged about 10 minutes at normal pace. When I see this it reminds me of those days. What I like best about this is it can also be used in self defense and you can take it anywhere with you, even on a Plane. If this is used on a hard working horse it can easily be used to protect yourself. California is much more dangerous than when I was living in Texas. I know that with a bad back it would be hard to defend myself but with a stick like this I can support myself and defend myself. That works for me! You Texans keep up the good work. | Early this morning I was watching a documentary titled 'Concorde: The Last Flight'. At approximately 28 minutes into the show there is a scene showing the Concorde passenger lounge. Seated at a table in the middle of the lounge was a distinguished woman with a BubbaStik in her hand. Later in the show I realized the distinguished woman was the Poet Maya Angelou.

| I was given my Bubba Stik as a birthday present about 8 years ago. It has sat behind my bedroom door as a quick defense weapon if needed. I just had knee replacement surgery and was send home with a walker. The walker was so big and combersome, I grabbed my Bubba Stik and have been using it since that moment. It is much more satisfactory, and has an added bonus of being able to reach for things, and keep kids and pets off of my healing knee. I love my Bubba Stik. |

| I had never heard of a Bubba Stik. I picked one up at a truck stop in Virginia on my way back from Florida about a year ago. I have had to use it occasionally as a cane over the past year and I was VERY happy with it's functional performance. I always kept it handy in the trunk of my car. A little over two weeks ago, I was rear-ended in a car accident in Philadelphia. The car was totaled. The Bubba Stik took the full shot and cracked but did not break in half! Since I was injured, I really needed my Stik. I contacted the company to see if I could get a replacement shaft They had never heard of one breaking before and generously replaced the whole Bubba Stik with a beautiful new black and chrome Formal at no charge! And on top of that, I received it in two days!! I am 52 years old and this is the best customer service I have ever received. You've made a life long customer. |

| Gear Terror here for a little feedback. This has to be the best invention of the decade. As a cross country trucker I stay cooped up in a truch for hours at a time. When it is time to take a break this baby sure comes in handy. Bought mine at a Loves Truck Stop in Fernly,NV, bought the last one on the rack and plan on buying more to collect.

| Hey BubbaSam! I just got my new "Sunday go to meeting' bubbastik with all the engraving and medallions attached to it yesterday, 19 Nov. I was surprised to get it so soon!. It looks HOT!. Now I have a work day stik and a "Sunday go to meeting (so to speak)" stik. The first one I got last year on the way back from a Missouri visit with my besy friend from there. We go the stik in between there somewhere at a "Love" truck stop. Even "plain" they look good, certainly are useful. It is the next lighter step down from the mahogany. However, with the new fancy one, I can leave a sort of heirloom with my family, as it also honors my late older brother. He and I were close. He retired from the AF and I from the USN. Both of us Vietnam veterans. That is why the particular medallions. I went to the Navy Exchange in San Diego right off the bat after I got it and people thought it was really nice. I told them it was my "Sunday go to meeting" bubbastik! Again thanks for your suggestions on it. I use my other one to go for walks and hiking also. Again, both, especially my new one are "5s." |

| I bought my first Bubba Stick when I was inspecting Seminary, in Indiana in 1998. At that time it was made by a fellow in Gainsville, TX. It was a wonderful cane and was quite the complementary accessory for a person with arthritis. The main feature that the hame did not hurt my gripping hand made it my signature accessory. During a trip to Oklahoma, from where I had moved after nearly 30 years, I lost my beloved cane due to my absent mindedness and upon returning to seminary immediately purchased another which is a feature in my graduation photos. Subsequent to my move to Iowa, the stick broke and after buffing the hame and adding a solid oak dowel for the shaft, it continued in life. I added little plaques from places I have traveled, and it looked quite the thing. Again due to absent mindedness my wonderful cane is lost. If you find it please contact me, but I have purchased a new one, because, though I use a walker in public, at home and visiting people the walker is unwieldy so the Bubba Stick still is needed.
Thank you for continuing to make the stick, and tell Love's they need to keep up their stocks for people like me who would forget their heads if they weren't screwed on tight.

They were all 36", too short for me. As a matter of fact I found the 39 inch Bubba Stik a little short so I special ordered the Formal Stik @ 42inches, had it engraved. Very nice. I love the weight, the chrome, the ebony finish. It is my plan to get a new one each year until I have the whole set. On days when my back is bothering me I can finally get around without listing to starboard. Great product. |

| Just purchased my new stik at a local truckstop and boy is it a beauty. Being a rather large human at 6ft 7in and 320lbs., I am counting on its sturdiness to help me along after my leg surgery. I have bent aluminum crutches before and I'll be damned if I'm gonna use a walker or r flimsy cane. Plus made in the good ole USA

| This has to be the greatest Walking Stik created. I am 6'3", 230 lbs. and a retired U.S. Marine - Operation D.S. / D.S. 1990-1992. I have intermittent back problems from injuries suffered during the first Gulf war. I have been plagued by poorly crafted Canes / walking sticks that either felt flimsy or were otherwise incorrectly sized for my stature. I pick up the Bubba Stik at the Bucce's in Luling Tx. on July 14th 2007 and was amazed at the strength, quality and craftsmanship. Initially I picked it up as nothing more than a novelty with the large brass knob and Bold name burned into the shaft, but soon came to find that someone actually fabricated a usable and attractive cane / walking stick. I think it will last a lifetime. I only wish I could find one with the Eagle Globe and Anchor burned into it as to show my Pride in the Corps.

Him being 6"2 it was hard for him to find a walking stick that was tall enough for him. He has to have a walking cane with him at all times him having a Pace Maker. Well he lost his Bubba Stick about 1 week ago and was very upset. He looked everywhere for that cane trying to retrace his steps. He was even planning on taking a trip back to the town that he bought the Bubba Stick so he would have one. Luckly I looked it up online and found your website and his beloved Bubba Stick. We ordered it right away with his initials engraved on it. He received it USPS in a couple of days and you should have seen the look on his face when he opened the package. | Good Day All! I couldn't help but comment on a fine product....My girlfriend Leslie and I recently had an opportunity to travel to Texas to attend a music festival. A month prior I had reconstuctive knee surgery. I was getting around not too badly just befor leaving so I ditched the crutches. By the time we reached Louisiana My knee was like a flaming watermelon... At a Love's truckstop I picked up a Bubba Stik......A few painkillers, some ice and a wonderful walking Stik, the remainder of the trip went without a hitch. We had a great time in the hill country of Texas and plan to return. Great product, and best wishes from Canada.

Jay attended two events that evening and somewhere he accidentally left 'Bubba' behind - - the next morning we made frantic phone calls that produced no results. We then called every 'western' shop in Fort Worth, etc., to no avail. A quick perusal of EBay found a seller, who was willing to sell us one and ship it to a friend of Jay's in the Valley so he could pick it up before he reached Brownsville, but the shipping cost was prohibitive, so he finished the 205 miles using a British 'walking stick.' Later, we were able to reach Steve online to see where we could purchase one or if he could ship us a replacement; he immediately told us where Jay could purchase one that day as he was on another 'walk' near Abilene where one of the truck stops was located. So, I called his 'sag wagon' driver and told him where to pick one up. Then, Steve called me - - what a great guy! Not only did he want to ship one to Jay after reading about him and his 'mission,' but he also wanted to engrave his initials for him as a 'thank you' for being a genuinely good guy! If a Bubba Stick can be described as being 'gorgeous,' it is!! Today Jay leaves for another walk to protest the incarceration of 'so-called illegal immigrants' in three different facilities in the Valley and with him goes his very 'personal' Bubba Stick. Once again, the world will see that guy in the funny, big straw hat, wearing the blue shirt, walking along the edge of the highway using his Bubba Stick to maintain balance as his right foot is always going 'downhill' along the shoulder, while the left goes the opposite direction uphill! The pride alone, that one feels when carrying a Bubba Stik is worth the purchase price. If my Bubba stik were ever lost, or stolen, I'd replace it immediately. In fact, I'm on my 4th Stik now. | Hello Boys, As a cross country trucker I usually do not have time for this kind of thing, but I just had to comment on the Bubba Stik I picked up at Loves in OKC. This is the best piece of equipment I have on my rig, bar none. It comes in so handy after driving all day or night. Just walking to the truck stop can be a wobbling affair, not with the Bubba Stik! I still can't believe the price of this jewel. These things could go for twice the price. Where else can you find something of this quality at a truck stop that is still MADE IN THE USA! | Well, y'all, I bought my husband an original Bubba Stik as a gentle tease on our honeymoon, 11 years ago. Little did we know, that within 6 months he would be told to stop practicing medicine, and be glad he was still walking. He still would not use Bubba, because he refused to admit that he might actually need him! Soon, he used Bubba occasionaly, as a "conversation piece." It didn't take long, though, before he needed more and more help getting around. He's still walking (something his surgeons told him he would not be able to do some years ago,) and makes sure that Bubba is always by his side. If this sounds like Bubba is a real person, be assured that it's because he has become, over the years, my husband's very best friend. I do believe he'd get rid of me, before him! When the puppies (years ago,) got hold of the Stik, Bill replaced it with a dowell that he sanded and stained himself. Like the other gentleman, he feels naked without it. On December 22, this year, my uncle fell and broke his hip. I am on the computer right now to order him a Bubba Stik...at my husband's request. |

| Hello! I came across my BUBBA STIK at a Petro truck stop, in Bordentown NJ. I have been recovering from a work related injury and thought it looked like a gear shift from a big rig. Being a heavy tow truck driver for years I liked the feel. I use my stik everyday now, and feel naked without it, I sometimes go out without my wallet or cell phone but never leave home without my BUBBA STIK!! I am a proud owner and enjoy promoting this wonderful AMERICAN product!! Thank you for making my life a bit more comfortable, and proud!! |

| Bought one for my friend who lives on Vancouver Island, Canada. He walks with it and since neighborhood dogs sometimes come around he is of course better equipped to fend off unwanted visits if necessary. The island also boasts of a good population of black bears. I'm glad he has the Original BubbaStik in hand when he's out a walkin! I thank you and so does he for making a well constructed walking stick. His last stick cost hundreds of dollars- was tipped with "camel bone" which broke the first time this "hardest bone in the world" hit the pavement! This one will last and is comfortable to carry. | As I have told Steve and the gang, I saw a rack of the Bubbastiks and bought one for my father. Papa Buck is the only man I personally know who can drive an 8 horse hitch, and although in his 80s he still rides every day and can make a hand anytime. Got him one, and decided I needed one for myself. Steve and the gang were kind enough to help me with my special order and the specific specifications that I needed for my purpose. I like them and I love the walking stick, its useful as well as attractive. |

| I work in hospitals for the last 14 years,and have transfered my share of 350 pounders on and off the imager I use in my job as a pet/ct tech working with cancer patients. 5 years ago my back broke after the constant abuse I gave it and 4 surgeries later I needed a cane to help me get around. It finally got to me when my grandson(5) told me I looked old cause I use a cane, it hurts all the time he asked. I told him it did, and the very next day a patient came in with a BUBBA STIK. He let me try it and it fit better than the aluminum canes the Dr. gave me. My grandson say's I don't look old any more and I get all the support I ever need. I feel and look my age now 53. | I just purchased mine at a truck stop in Reno. This is an incredible bargain for an item of extremely good quality. My grandfather had polio--he would have loved this cane for around the house. Most "designer" canes don't have an effective anti-slip bottom cap, let alone a grip like the harness hame. This would make a great gift for anybody, whether they need to use a cane or not!! |

| Thank You for taking my order of the second BubbaStik I've owned. It appears to me that some one else likes the stik. I left it in the shopping cart the other day... even with my named engraved on it, they still took possesion of said item. Im 80 and need a little help getting around. This does the trick... say, This stik doesen't have anything to do with the 'BUBBA' that was in the white House a few years ago from Hope, AK.??? People often made remarks about his big 'Bubba Stik'. | I recieved my Bubba Stik today, and found it to be exactly what I have been looking for in a cane. I have MS, and need a cane to help me walk sometimes. Finding a decent cane is not an easy task. I saw a Bubba Stik in Church, and even though I was unable to get a good look at it, or talk to it's owner, I did see the Bubba Stik marking on it and this lead me to your web site. Thanks for making these-I can tell you're not just in it for the money. I love my new Bubba Stik!
