Are these stiks and stafs REALLY made in Texas?
A:
Yep! Sure are! The factory is located north of Dallas and primarily ships bulk product.

Q:
How do I know what length to have my Stik/Staf cut to? What is the RIGHT size?
A:
Here's how you measure...
- Stand as you normally would stand with your arms at your sides.
- Turn the cane upside down, placing the handle on the floor.
- The bottom of the cane (now at the top) should be at your wrist.
- Measure from the floor to your wrist. That's the proper length you will want.

Can I buy just the Brass or Chrome Top?
A:
Yes and No. You see, the Brass Hame Tips used on the BubbaStiks and BubbaStafs are made special for BubbaStik... they are made WITHOUT the nail holes and are NOT available seperately.
However, BubbaStik.com has 4 different tops you CAN purchase seperately.
All 4, 2 large and 2 small, are Solid Brass but two are Chrome Plated.
The large are same size of the ones used on the Original BubbaStik and the small are the ones used on the Lady Bubbas.

What is the picture of under the menu and what does it have to do with the BubbaStik?
A:
That, my friends, is a horse collar.
Those things sticking up on the top left and right are called Hame Tips.
That's where the tops of the BubbaStiks and Stafs come from.
Oh... and by the way... the ones we use are the same as found on the Budweiser Clydesdales.

I have seen BubbaStiks for less at different places. Why?
A:
The factory typically only ships bulk distribution, meaning a minimum of 12-24 stiks, with no customization.
The factory builds Stik & Staf components to BubbaStik.com's specifications.
BubbaStik.com will then individually custom build to YOUR specifications and then package your Stik or Staf using the highest packaging materials to prevent any possible damage during shipment to your requested destination.
REMEMBER... BubbaStik's price ALWAYS includes all packaging, handling and shipping costs (lower 48 states only).
There are NEVER any HIDDEN CHARGES... EVER!

A:
BubbaSam has owned and operated BubbaStik.com since 2003. His 'Day Job' is working as the Director of I.T. and Communications for a large oil company.
Additionally he owns a web services and consulting business.

Wasn't there a LADY BUBBA?
A:
Yep, sure was. It was a tad shorter with a smaller top for the Ladies. But, like some things in life, it just wasn't a hit like the 'Original BubbaStik'.

Will you ship out of the Continental U.S.?
A:
Yes, we can and have shipped out of the lower 48.
As a matter of fact we have shipped to Alaska, Australia, Great Britan and Canada.
We've had inquires recently from Denmark and Germany.
However, there are additional shipping charges. Contact BubbaSam for the additional shipping costs.

Q:
How long does it take to get my Stik or Staf?
A:
BubbaStik.com ships every Saturday via USPS using their Priority Mail service with Web Notification of shipment.
USPS states you would receive your stik within 2-3 days from the date of shipment which we have found to be true.
REMEMBER: BubbaStik.com's prices ALWAYS includes ALL shipping and handling costs within the Continental 48 States.

Q:
Which BubbaStik is BubbaSam's favorite?
A:
I must say that's a tough one as they're ALL ver nice.
However, I believe I have two favorites.
I like the Ebony 1st, for the darker color, and the Red Chestnut for the lighter color... both with the Chrome large top and War Eagle medallion.
I will say though... the Mahogany stik is STILL the most favored.

Q:
Which bottom tip is the best for me?
A:
It all depends on what you bought your Stik/Staf for.
If you use your stik 90% inside, then just go with the standard rubber tip.
If you use your stik/staf 70%+ outside, then go with the steel ferrule.
If you put your full weight on your Stik/Staf, then you would be best to purchase the heavy duty rubber tip for the steel ferrule.
Otherwise the standard rubber ferrule tip would be best to protect floors, etc.
